What personal data we track and why we track it

Comments We have chosen to turn comments off on our posts, so there won’t be collection any information here.

MediaContact forms If you contact us on our contact us page on our website, we will answer using the email address that you gave us with. This won’t subscribe you to any email series, and we will NOT give this information out to other third parties.

Cookies We place cookies on a couple of our pages in order to evaluate the success of our paid traffic from Facebook, Google and other sources. This lets us to know if people are clicking through to our website, and if they are going further or not, and allows us to make more educated decisions. We do not get give any private information from this, and we will not share our pixel with any third parties.

How long we store your data If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is so we can monitor and approve any follow up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For people that register on our site (if any), we also keep the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or erase their private data at any time (however it is not possible to change their username). Website administrators can also see and update those details.

What rights you have over your data If you have a profile on this website, or have left comments (currently turned off), you may request to obtain an exported file of the personal information we hold about you, including any data you have given to us. You can also request that we delete any private information we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
